We know that no two organizations are truly alike and the same goes for IT
consulting and technical support service requirements. In order to accommodate
your particular IT service and support requirements, Advantro offers a variety
of affordable service packages :
Remote Support. Cost effectively manage most typical network
administration, monitoring and troubleshooting tasks involving user account
management, software setup and updates, security maintenance, etc. remotely,
without the need for on-site visits. A monthly flat-rate fee is charged for the
Remote Support package and should an on-site visit be absolutely necessary,
this would be billed to you at a separate hourly rate. Telephone and email
support are included in this package.
Block of Time. Satisfy your varied on-site and remote IT service
and support requirements with one of our discounted Block of Time packages. The
packages are offered in blocks of 20, 50, 150 and 400 hours and give you the
flexibility of using the available hours as required over the length of the
contract term (typically 6 or 12 months). The cost of the Block of Time must be
prepaid for you to receive the applicable service rate discount. The larger the time block, the
greater the discount. You may use the package hours in any number of ways
including: assessments, technical troubleshooting, training, hardware &
software upgrades, telephone and email support, and so on.
Per Call / Per Incident. As an alternative to time blocks and
other service contracts, Advantro can provide technical support services on a
pay-as-you-go basis. You are billed separately, at a set hourly rate, for every
service call performed.
Ad Hoc Service Contracts. You may have a very particular IT
project in mind or feel that your immediate IT requirements could be met by a
short-term, single service, consulting engagement. Advantro can provide the
customized IT solutions that most effectively meet them.
